How to source products from China

Step 1

Describe the use, material, dimensions and quantity. Add photos or a reference link if you do not know the product name.

Step 2

Compare suppliers using the same written requirements. Separate unit price, minimum quantity, sample charges and packaging costs.

Step 3

Review a sample and record the approved product version. Confirm which details must be checked before production.

Step 4

Agree payment, delivery terms and inspection responsibilities in writing. Review the shipment plan before the order is released.
